This journey all began when I realized that feeling groggy and tired all the time is not normal. I pursued it a little bit when I started introducing fitness into my daily routine, and learned that your diet does 70% of the work and working out only does 30%. But what really jump-started this whole project was a deep desire to start my own family and wanted nothing but the best for them. So over the course of several months, I used my foundation as a Chef and did a deep dive into the world of clean eating. Then a desire to share my knowledge sprouted. It starts with you, migrates to your immediate family, and slowly trickles down to your other family members and friends. Building a community of clean eating starts with just that…YOU.
